Sorry if I wasn't clear. The Android device was randomizing the MAC address by default. The option was buried and on by default. Regular home routers don't allow for that, so I hadn't run into it before.

Oh, sorry. No, the device isn't randomizing the MAC (non-Cisco APs don't have this issue).

The DHCP service comes from the ARRIS modem supplied by TimeWarner. Not much to configure there other than the range of the dynamic IPs. The WiFi radios in the modem are disabled. Both switches were reset to factory with the SRW224G4P given a static ...
