I'm trying to figure out how to change the shell password that gets you to the linux commands in the CLI for Cisco Prime 3.2. I know the current shell password but we want to be able to change it every so often. Any suggestions? Thanks, Brett

So it will be the changes that the Cisco Web Team did to the support website's API calls. Unfortunately we will have to wait until a new MR comes out with the new API calls. They made the changes and didn't tell the Prime developers.

Have you tried to do a SNMP walk from Prime's CLI to see if it can pull information from the device? Also, even though it is showing a collection failure can you pull a config archive from the device in Prime?

Is the device being fully managed in Prime, and showing reachable and pingable? Usually you won't see the device if the device type is incorrect or if the device is unmanaged. If it was something wrong with the commands you would get to the preview...
