Hello.I got Cisco 7961-G IP Phone, that shows a blank screen on boot. I have tried to hold down the "#" during boot, to be able to reset, but the phone doesnt care at all.So, how do I get this phone working again?All replies are welcome.Regards,Frede...

Is it really possible that its dead? I notice that there are some traffic on the ethernet link, so maybe its trying to boot from tftp?Sent from Cisco Technical Support iPhone App
