I have one extension that is unable to make internal or external calls. The extension can receive a call, but if call is placed on hold or park extension is unable to pick the call back.
Using CCA 2.2(5), I have been adding my extensions and caller ID numbers to override the default caller ID in my outgoing dial plan. Once I hit 14 extensions, I cannot add anymore. Is this a limit? Should I be doing it somewhere else?Thank you.
This occurred about a month ago as well. I deleted the phone and added it back to resolve then, but since it happened again, looking for more of a reason.
