Thanks. I've tried that. But from the document it seems that Call Supervision Method on the VG sends the drop loop current if the VG phone disconnects first. My issue is the called party disconnects first

actually, at first I thought it was just a CFA and MWI issue. However, any changes made on the publisher are not being pushed to the phones. We have a TAC case opened but no leads yet
