I´m trying to get the Workforce to record calls from a CUBE that forks incoming calls to CUCM and Workforce recording service.
On the WFO server I see that it´s listening on TCP5060 and a debug on CUBE shows that the call is forked and sent to the server.
The SIP message is 500 Server error.
Has anyone some suggestion how this is setup? Can´t find any good documentation.
How is the Telephony Groups and Signaling Group configured in this scenario?
