Found that our proxy server was blocking this.They had to allow the IP address on their end. Everything was able to register and authorize.

Spent two hours with TAC yesterday, still have no resolution, restarted the PUB last night, no love there either.

TAC requested i unregister, and re-register one of the clusters, that cluster will not re-register, same error, communications timeout. We do not use a local server
