I am am trying to mod out current customer services script. so that a caller can hit 0 at anytime to exit the pool and back to the operator. I have attach our current script. This script is for a ipcc express ver 4.04. Any help will be great.
Hi all I trying to generate a report that show how many call have come into the call center queue per hour.
