I am am trying to mod out current customer services script. so that a caller can hit 0 at anytime to exit the pool and back to the operator. I have attach our current script. This script is for a ipcc express ver 4.04. Any help will be great.
This problem is not cause by the callmanager setup. did you upgrade the mpx from ver 1.2 ?? if yes the patch need to run on the console of the mpx and not on a ssh session. I know this because i had the same problem. it when away when did the upgrade...
I am having the same problem. agent software either lockup during startup or the agent keep get log off line. same here i have made any change change to the system for the last 3 to 4 week.
