I can provide more information to you.I cannot update the information directly by checking the "update now" option. However, if I choose to use "Perform full sync with CCM" (without update now) works after few hours.

Thanks for your information first.But in fact I have imported the users successfully when my database is clean. After the first trial of import, I choose "Update Now" and the above error message comes up.
