I created the user "ac" and I gave it the password "12345". I don't see where you associate it with the pilot point? The only items in the pilot point config screen is the directory number, calling search space, and partitin.

One thing is are the DHCP servers in the same subnet as the phones? If not you must have an ip helper address defined somewhere in a router or L3/switch. You'd need to add the IP of the second dhcp server to make the this work.With MS dhcp I've seen ...

That's good to hear. We were concerned it was a hard limit. We have seen around 75 users on it and the throughput and cpu did not even register any lines on the utilizationa graph.Thanks againMike
