Hi.We are a Cisco Partner and my customer doesn`t have Smartnet Contracts, they have Partner Support Contracts.
Can they use the Smartnet Total Care collector and portal with this kind of contract ?

I have the same problem, I had the CSM 3.1.1 and ASA v7.2 configured with Site to site VPNs.But, when I upgrade CSM to 3.2 and ASA to v8.0, I rediscovered the ASA with the problem that the Site to site VPNs did not import.
