Cannot access Voicemail Direct Number from external. Is there configuration for this to work?? Internal 799 works but when dialling full number 9913 0799 get response "The extension is unavailable"thanksPaul

I have installed a BE3K with OPTUS Multiline and CLI does work. Set the PRI config as the tech notes and also define the users external number field and it will work. If no result with these settings I would think OPTUS problem?Thanks
