normally we are running COS as follows:
D1 --> AF31D2 --> AF21
D3 --> AF11
D1OOP --> AF32
D2OOP --> AF22
D3OOP --> AF12
Will traffic which is marked with AF32 (D1 out of profile) get priority over AF21 (D2 in profile), or not?
