We can check current mapped skillgroup from agent explorer, however Want to know if there is a query to check what are the skillgroups assigned for a particular agent before10 days or a defined period of time

In AW server given on CCMP, open CCE webadmin page and then choose deployment type and save it. after doing the above steps, rerun the CCMP configuration, it should work.
