I added a 16MB flash simm to a 3640 router. I left the original 4MB simm in slot 0. When rebooting the router, I was dropped into ROMMON. Why wasn't the router able to locate and load the original IOS? Does this always happen when adding flash me...
No I didn't try to boot manually. Thanks for the advice, I'll give it a try. Do you know if this always happens when adding flash memory? Thanks again.
