Are the SNMP community strings on the AP match with WLSE?. Try doing a SNMP reachable test to verify that there is SNMP connectivity between this AP and WLSE first.
In the latest 3.5 NAM software, you can run reports and export them on a scheduled basis. Though there is not integration betwteen NAM and LMS currently.
Forgot to add earlier, c6svc-nam.3-5-1.bin.gz is application image and you're using the wrong patch command here. To apply the application image update, you need to use the upgrade command.
3.5(1) is the application image and in order to upgrade the application image, the NAM first must be booted into the Maintenance Partition. Have you done this first?.
