Dear all, I've some trouble with the implementation of AD Vs LDAP on UCCE. My end user wants for his future implementation of UCCE 7.2 in production environment to use the LDAP of Call manager to create users (agents and supervisors) and synchronize it on the AD of UCCE. Dear Amaia, I solve it! In fact I'de twice resourceid with same extension. To verify it you can go on the resource table and check if you have twice agents with the same extension. If it is the case erase one in appadmin and it will ok. Best regards
