Hi Joseph, I had the same issue in my environment. For me the fix was changing the LDAP port on the LDAP authentication page under services. If you are using LDAP, it may be worth trying. I changed it from port 389 to port 3268. Good luck.

Try removing permission term from dial-peer voice 1000 voip. You will want to put it back eventually. If inbound works with permission term removed on the dial peer it I may have some suggestions based on your config.

I have seen that before. What worked for me was while in config mode, type in stcapp and hit enter. Seems to start a service or something. Hope it helps.
