I did a survey using Ekahau for an area serviced by 9130 AP's on a 9800-40 WLC. For some reason the AP's are showing up as Wi-Fi 5 and not Wi-Fi 6 when looking at the 5GHz band. The 6GHz radios are disabled currently.

You are correct. But the 9130 is still a Wi-Fi 6(802.11ax) AP regardless of 6GHz (Wi-Fi 6e).
But for some reason the 5GHz radio is showing up as Wi-Fi 5(802.11ac) in Ekahau.
Is there a way to disable 802.11ax in the 9800 WLC?
