Unexplained Service Screen

What would cause my phones to randomly display the services screen? I have UCM version 9.1.2  and the phones are 7960;7965;7970; DX650; and IP Communicators. It doesn't happen to all phones. My communicator and DX-650 two that are near me. 

How do customize the wallpaper on 8961 phones?

Trying to figure out how to customize the wallpaper/background on a 8961 SIP phones. I wanted to use the same company logo I used for my 7965G. The dimension are not the same. Can someone help?
