Optin 150 is correct cauz i see the correct TFTP server ip address on Alternat TFTP server however i didn't install Device pack on all servers only on the pub and only restart TFTP services to confirm we need to install device pack on server and restart the cluster ?

thx David however currently we don't use a 9 or a 1 to make a call , also we use Intra-site, on-net abbreviated dialing within the sames site. all of our endpoint is configure as a 10 digits numbers

running a unity connection ver 8.62 for all my sites , however i had an issue with one of my site today when a user attempte to hit the message button off his cisco 7962 phone he is not connecting to to the voice mail . we get nothing however when i dial the ex # internaly i retreive the default cisco message greeting . this is an issue with this site only hermosillo & everyone else can connect to the voice mail without any issue any idea call manager ver is 8.62 as well

I'm running Cisco UCS call manager ver 9.1 with Cisco 8961 Phones . some of the phones received a reboot for a few second and came back up . i have checked call manager trace log and there is no downtime releate issue i have looked at the sw and everythings looks good . the sw log didnot indecate downtime any suggestion what look for?
