SRP547W external ping

Am I missing something here. I have installed a couple of SRP547W's and can't ping the external side of the ADSL interface.Is there an option to turn on "respond to ping" and also are you able to forward to a internal IP?

Thank you Tom.Is there any way to forward PING requests to an internal IP address, to allow for a keeplive or a check on internal machines?
