I'm not sure that Cisco has ever seen it as an issue to address. I have always told our users that if they are not sure, they can check their "sent items" folder to see whether or not they clicked the encryption button.

Hi Doug,Thanks for the suggestions, but that didn't return any results. If I use outlook_spam@access.ironport.com as the recipient address, I know when people are using the Outlook plug-ins to report missed spam, but that's not what I'm looking for....
