Hi all..Is there anyway in CUCM to check if a service was active before,,,To Put in a scenario,,A person reports Cisco Messaging Interface Service is down, but i would like to check if the service was up before..Thanks in advance..
Can hear the Voicemail thru cisco phone, but not receiving the VM in .wav file form.
