Hi Patrick,my solution at the moment is switching the vNICs from vmxnet3 to e1000. After that, I get a throughput of about 48MBit/s. But this is not the recommended setting from the docs. What vSphere version do you have? I've tested it on 5.1 and 5....

Are you running a firewall with SIP ALG between the sites? I had this problem with 9971 phones. SCCP devices worked fine.Sent from Cisco Technical Support iPad App
