Looking for some assistance. Recently we changed agents from CIPC/7940 IP Phones to 7942G. Everything is working except 'Agent Whispers'.
Any ideas on where to look? The config on CUCM looks identical.

Thanks for the response - I checked and G.722 Advertise was enabled, I disabled it and the whisper is still not playing. I should mention that there is silence on agent side as if the whisper is playing, there are no errors on the script node.

Thanks for your reply. However I currently have a lot of Cisco 7940 phones both SIP and SCCP working in the call centre and the agents ARE receiving Whisper Announcements.
