Server is an MCS 7835H2 and VMware box was not checked. MAC address is correct. The files look the same besides the PAK and "SIGN" sections.Sent from Cisco Technical Support iPad App
No errors while adding the licenses. They show up in the existing license files pull down menu.I did restart Cisco license manager.Sent from Cisco Technical Support iPad App
It is a shared line appearance and when I dug deeper I found the Line x on Device SEPXXXXXXXXX block and was able to change the information and had to do it for all devices the dn showed up on. Thanks for your assistance though.
