I have uploaded two new license files for CallManager device 10 units each but nothing shows up in the license unit report.Sent from Cisco Technical Support iPad App
     In Directory Number Information the Description, Alerting Name, and ASCII Alerting Name were all changed but calls still go out with the old name???
