Hi everybody, I have problems with devices that do not appear in the user tracking utility. These devices are a cisco WS-C4506-E with Supervisor II-Plus-10GE and two WS-C6509 with Supervisor Engine 720. When I start acquisition for the devices I receive following message : " Device unreachable ". When I try to watch the end hosts, I get following Message: "No end hosts found." I have patched LMS 4.0.1 with CSCto06189 Patch. Is there perhaps a solution? Roman

Hi, I have the following problem: I have several Windows 7 clients (HP dc7800 and Fujitsu Esprimo E5731E). Their network card speed settings regularly switch from 1 Gbit / s full duplex to 10Mbit / s full duplex. There are no problems with Windows XP on the same hardware. The clients are connected to a Cisco C2960S-48LPS-L switch. The switch was already equipped with the latest software. 12.2(55)SE2 The network card of the Fujitsu computer is an Intel 82567LF-3. The power management has been disabled. Maybe someone of you had ever such a problem and a solution? Thank you! Roman
