Thank you for the suggestion Leo!Unfortunately, the logging is enabled and we do see the state of the physical interface if it goes down.

Upgrading the device to the latest firmware code resolved the issue. Currently, I'm using 11.2.1 MPP firmware code for 8800s.

Further testing shows that if both parties put the call on hold and resume the call, there's two way video. Can i send you the capture/ prt file via email?

No further reports has been made since upgrading the firmware to 11.2.1. Thanks
