What CISCO device will accept an OC-3 (non-ATM) interface and establish an Ethernet connection with a E100T-12 card in a CISCO ONS 15454?

Can anyone recommend a CPE device to use that will accept an OC-3 optical connection and deliver Ethernet to a Customer site? I am looking for a small device.

Thanks for the response. The CISCO 3600 does not have a non ATM OC-3 interface to connect to a CISCO 15454. I would like to be able to deliver Ethernet from a Ethernet port on the ONS 15454 to an Ethernet port at a remote site.
