I have a UC520 (I know it's EOL long ago) but I was wondering if it is still possible to buy a support contract so I can have access to software downloads for IOS/CME/CUE?I would like to update the CUE to a newer version.

Thanks for your reply.I can see the phones mac and details when i use:"show ephones" but it says ip = 0.0.0.0 so it is not getting an ip yet.
