Hello, I am trying to SSH into a DSL modem (192.168.1.1) I can ping and get ICMP replies from the modem, and can ssh tunnel to the router fine, and everything on the LAN side. However the DSL modem in fastethernet4 is on the WAN side. Not sure if the CBAC (possible firewall on NHRP side?) or ACL is preventing the dsl modem web interface traffic to come back in the WAN side. I think default the router blocks all traffic from the WAN as security measure. trying to find a quick script to allow access to open 80/443 to the DSL modem web interface, then put the firewall/acl back when finished. I have tried multiple ACLs, and 'ip inspect' commands I cant see where the packets are dropping. anyone know of any scripts, or commands to tear down security when primary DSL is down to get into the DSL modem.

I have RMA'd my WRV210 router, and received the new unit, however I don't want to upload the old config in fear of it currupting the router. I previously had the router setup as a trapsnparent bridge where all wired/wireless LAN traffic got DHCP leases from the network, and passed all traffic. I cant remember how to set it up again, and can't find any option to setup as bridge again. the LAN keeps showing different IP address and won't let me set the LAN the same IP address as the internet setup. stating: "The IP Address falls in the same subnet as your LAN IP address". anyone got a link to setting up bridge mode for the router, all google searches keep stating to flash over cisco with DD-WRT to successfully use bridge mode. or cisco links disccussing the difference between router/bridge but not actualy documentation on how to change it.

I have a WRV210-A V01 (Software: 2.0.1.5) router that when originally purchased I upgraded the firmware to the newest 2.0.1.5. However after the firmware upgrade the router has not worked right since. [I thought maybe the upgrade did not take, and successfully pushed the firmware 3x times] Everytime you login to the webpage the right-side pane you have to scroll down 3x pages until you can see the settings options. It does that for everypage you visit you have to scroll down 3x pages until you can see the settings. The wireless is sporadic and dropping connections, and now certain options like changing the "Basic Rate:" from "All' to "Default" does nothing and wont let you change it. The main issue I have is that certain wireless settings like changing the "AP Isolation:" cause the router to reset back to factory defaults. and even trying to configure the LAN setup also randomly makes the router reset to factory default.
