I am looking for documentation for pulling reporting data directly from UCCX as opposed to scheduled report exports in CUIC.  Does anyone have a link to a doc or experience with setting this up?

I have a group in the office that does collections and need their external mask to be changed frequently as the end customer will frequently block them.  Is there a way to randomize the outbound mask for SOME of my extensions but not necessarily all?
