Hi,we are testing a configuration in the lab.We have a Cisco 2821 IOS version 12.4(24)T8. CME is version 7.1. We are trying to upgrade software on 7941 ipphone. The phone is trying to upgrade but then thers is a "Auth Fail" error message on the phone...
