Thanks Raghav. Removing other templates did the trick.One more thing. Can you tell me how to connect the wiring to the Magnetic Lock? I mean should I connect using the Reader or the Gateway?BR.

Hello Raghav,Thank you for your response.I have checked it again but I have already assigned both the Device and Credential templates the option that you just mentioned.Kindly check the snapshots, but the problem still persists.Thanks.
