The Bug Search Tool will experience intermittent outages from Friday, June 29th beginning at 9pm PDT and last until Sunday, July 1st at 8am PDT. The infrastructure team is perfroming maintenance during this time which may cause the tool to experience down times. You can continue to use the Bug Toolkit during this time as it will not be impacted. Thank you.

Bug Search Tool will be down tonight (May 1) from approximately 9pm EDT until 1am EDT May 2nd. We've had some issues with our last release on April 6th, and we'll be implenting the code to fix those issues. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes. Bug Toolkit will not be impacted by this outage. Thank you!

Hi Rob, This bug is indeed released and should be visible in BST as it is in BTK. There is a bug in BST in which a null value field is being picked up and does not function as expected for specific bugs. This will be fixed with our GA release on April the 6th. Would Bug Toolkit be more effective in identifying bugs if the tool provided you with an option to search by inputting the problem or issue you are facing with your device/network in addition to keeping the existing options to search by product or Bug ID?
