I would start by checking the username and password configured on the DMP. Confirm it is the same as configured in the DMM the username is case sensitive.

Hi Did an upgrade to 12.4(11)XW6 resolve this problem as we are experiencing these exact symptoms with 12.4(11)XW1 on a 2811. I can confirm we see no slips on our E1.
