We are getting alerts from RTMT that a Gateway has increased or decreased, but it doesnt state which one. Is there a way to get the alerts on which gateway is going down?
We are using the Solarwinds Orion product to monitor the network and we are having trouble getting the "Node Status" to work with the 7204 VXR routers. Funny thing is that the interfaces are showing up in Orion, but Node status is always down.
We have a number of sites reporting phones giving them a reorder tone with the "out of Bandwidth" message at the bottom of the phone. At first, we only noticed it at locations that had T1s with QOS enabled, but now we are seeing it at Gigabit connect...
What is the impact on the tftp server if we reboot 6500 phones after a firmware upgrade? Has anyone had this problem? My concern is that it will crash the tftp server trying to accomodate all the incoming requests.
We have users complaining that they are seeing missed calls from all lines on their phone and not just their own line. Is there any way to change it so that the missed calls are only for line 1 on the phone?
