Is there any way to remove the "Clear" and "Delete" softkeys from "Missed Calls" and "Recieved Calls" directories?I'm trying to do this on a 7965G with CUCM 8.6.2.So far it just looks like you can set softkeys based on "call state".Thanks in advance.
