One particular port is showing %LINK-W-DOWNNo other ports are having any issues. Is this likely to be the switch? Or the device connected to that port?

Is there a way to view the contents of the .exp file generated from exporting the configuration from RV082?I've got a couple of RV082 that have the same rules, but want to compare the configuration.                   

We use the RV082 at some our sites. One particular site will not connect to the DNS server but all others will. I've checked every setting I can think of with no joy. Any ideas?
