Agreed and confirmed. The APs were only getting 15.4w. This was an LED light color pattern I hadn't seen before! :)

RSTP has been the fix. confirmed, and I am turning up my first edge stack off of this aggregation stack now. :-)

Next, I configured RSTP on the vlans in use here, and re-tagged them to the interface, shut/no shut the uplinks to the 3850, and no errors!!!! :-)Thanke Georg for the tip toward RSTP. :)
