Bulk Administration Tool in CUCM 8.6.2 Attempting to Update the Calling Search Space using either a Query or Custom File. The job appears in Job scheduler as "InComplete". Clicking Stop Processing or Start Processing does not resolve, job stays in "InComplete" status. ------ Logged in with Super User account Activated Services -- Cisco Administrative XML Layer (AXL) Web Service // Cisco Bulk Provisioning Service // Cisco Tool for Auto-Registered Phones Support (TAPS) Service. Logged into Publisher after server was reset to run this BAT processing. Running CUCM 8.6.2 on VMware Any assistance on resolving this problem would be greatly appreciated. Note -- Stopping and Starting Processing produces the following error - Access to the requested resource has been denied. The attempted action was a violation of security protocols and will not be allowed. Please try another action.

Thank you for your response, but then I still have the problem of having the Job remain as InComplete. I am using a simple of test of update just the CSS for one found record. This will not complete even with stop and start of job processing.
