I am running into a problem were one of my VDCs (vdc 2) will not load on either of the dual sups I have in my chassis.  It looks to be stuck in a "Create Pending" state.  The only log that shows up that may be relevant is:7K01 %$ VDC-1 %$ %CMPPROXY-2...
