It is an expected behavior. IP SLA probes configured via snmpset will not be seen in 'show run'.
We need to use 'show ip sla conf' to check the configuration.

At first hand it seems a connectivity issue between remote NMS and router.
Have you verified connectivity between remote NMS and router?
Is ping works between them?
If yes then is there snmp ports opened between them..not blocked by some FW etc...
