Hi, looking for recommendations/suggestions for a new config with BE6K (v 9.1), using Jabber/Presence and UCCX agent desktop. Customer is looking for presence information of all users in organization, both in and out of the Contact Center. Cannot seem to do that natively with UCCX, so trying to use Jabber (as a second client on the same desktop) to provide the presence. That is cumbersome for the agents, so I am wondering if anyone has any suggestions for a cleaner solution. Could be using Cisco technology, or any 3rd party that provides this same type of soltution. I've heard that a newer version of UCCX may be coming out that has integrated Jabber into the Agent Desktop, so if anyone can provide me with roadmap timelines, that would help too.

Hi, we have a customer who currently has a SPA525G phone installed and uses the MonitorView feature to view video on the PVC2300. The problem is, they find the user interface too cumbersome, needing to hit multiple buttons to get to the correct screen. Looking for a shortcut, possibly one of the soft keys or line keys, to enable quicker viewing of the 1 camera. Please let me know if there is any user guide or best practice here. The customer is going to move to another application (view on desktop, etc) and is upset that they spent the extra money on the SPA525 for this specific feature.
