Does anyone know how to remove the prompt "Calling XXX" when the UC system is transfering the call.  Or for that matter any of the canned prompts that the customer does not want to hear.                  
Can someone explain why the softkeys are not consistent on the telephones.  It appears that the firmware version of a phone dictates what keys are present and where they are located.Ex:  SPA504 ver. 1.4.4 has a transfer to VM softkey.  SPA504 ver. 1....
Probably an easy one for most out there, but how do you apply toll restriction for an individual phone on the UC540.  We need to prevent one extension from dialing 1+ calls.
