OK guys, it started working yesterday without any configuration change. Maybe it was some database inconsistence wich was solved by ACS itself.

Firefox 16.0.1 (Linux and Windows versions tested) - problem still persist. I suppose that problem will be on ACS side, maybe some JavaScript is not working properly.

Thanks for your effort and advice Nicolas. I will be thinking about these solutions. Anyway, maybe another option can be set another IP to the server via which it can be accessed from VPN.
