unzip the exported report, and modify the xml file by removing the following tags and what's contained in them..
topicFields
removedTopics
enableUnauthenticatedAccess
Then, rezip the files and import as usual.
I believe those are new XML values in the report that are not available versions prior to 10.X

It might be good if you actually test the work around exactly as it's typed because it doesn't work that way.. Work around should read as below, "Cisco Unified" is missing on the Bug ID at least as it applies to CUIC running on UCCX 9.0 Workaround: Restart CUIC reporting service using utils service restart Cisco Unified Intelligence Center Reporting Service

We have the same problem. Moving to MGCP is not a viable option, as you cannot do T.37 Faxing with MGCP. This is really an issue that Cisco needs to address and resolve if it's not an issue inherent to the H.323 protocol. I can clearly see the calling name in a q931 debug, so I know I am getting it. Suggesting that users force telco's to change the calling name format to a non standard format for a long term fix doesn't seem like the right way to handle this.

The only problems I have had since are mail file ownership issues. You need to make sure that the owner of the mail file is the person whose file it is.. for some reason we had some people that did not own their own mail file, and the lights would not go off.

Reversing the order of the Antivirus Application and DUCS in extension manager on the domino server seemed to solve this! DUCS loads first now, and seems to be happy!

They show up as VM properly, it just has the option to play through the phone greyed out. We have someone at Lotus looking into it now, it may be properties on the mail fail that are wrong.

Refresh does work. It looks so far like the Domino server does not send the message to Unity to turn off the light. I have a case open with Cisco and Lotus now trying to see what the problem is. We turned the debug level to the max on the notes mail server, and never see the request to turn MWI off. If you have any thoughts, let me know!

When opening the message from the notes client, Notes Users don't have the option to play or record through the phone. Is there any way to activate that option, or is it not available currently. The Notes client is 5.0.11, Server is 5.0.11, and Unity is 4.0.2

Unity 4.0.2, integrated with Lotus Notes 5.0.11 If I leave a message for the subscriber, the light goes on. If I listen to the message on the phone, the light stays on. If I listen to a new message view the Notes client, the light goes off. Any ideas on what might be wrong? I did trace Notifier, and don't see the MWI off request when checking from the phone. I have a TAC case open, but am having a little trouble with engineers calling back in a timely manner.
