Is there a robust call reporting software that gives daily, weekly, monthly reports on call volume, quality etc preferably stats coming from the voice gateway? I know Solarwinds has something. Is there anything else you recommend?Call Reporting, Othe...
the CER 11.5 release notes show that CUCM 12.5 is supported, however, in the CUCM 12.5 CSR it shows the min version of CER needs to be 12.5. can anyone confirm?
agents are getting logon error with CAD on these new phones. if you switch back to 7962 phones they can login.   CUCM 9.1 and UCCE 9.1
we have users randomly dialing the paging extension and setting it off. is there any way to append an access code or pin before setting it off?
is there a way to tell or a report to show if a call was made via CAD or the phone? when I test making a call from either CAD or the phone and run CDR both calls show the device is the mac of the phone.
