Here is the answer from TAC. Just did our 1852 and works.
1) Download the Mobility express software AIR-AP1850-K9-ME-8-1-122-0.zip file
2) Unzip the file, you should see a file name "ap1g4"
3) Make sure the 1852 has an IP address
AP38ED.18CC.33C8#sh ip int br
gateway-ip : 10.10.1.254
gateway-mac : 10:05:CA:88:DB:91
Interface IP-Address Method Status Protocol
wired0 10.10.1.230 DHCP up up
wired1 unassigned unset administatively down down
wifi0 unassigned unset administatively down down
wifi1 unassigned unset administatively down down
4)Before the upgrade "sh version" shows AP Running Image: 188.8.131.52 and does not mention anything about mobility express
cisco AIR-AP1852I-B-K9 ARMv7 Processor rev 0 (v7l) with 997136/793520K bytes of memory. Processor board ID KWC192905FW
AP Running Image : 184.108.40.206
Primary Boot Image : 220.127.116.11
5) Type the command "ap-type mobility-express tftp://<tftp server ip address>/The file name "
6) Use "ap1g4" as the file name
7) After downloading the image, the AP will reboot and after 5-12 min it should broadcast the SSID "CiscoAirProvision "
AP38ED.18CC.33C8#ap-type mobility-express tftp://10.10.1.224/ap1g4
[*] Reboot required after config change as AP needs to boot up with ME image
[*] Rebooting AP. Need to boot up the AP with ME image...
8) After converting to Mobility Expresss Software "sh version" shows AP Image type: MOBILITY EXPRESS IMAGE
Restricted Rights Legend
cisco AIR-AP1852I-B-K9 ARMv7 Processor rev 0 (v7l) with 997136/760144K bytes of memory. Processor board ID KWC192905FW AP Running Image : 18.104.22.168 Primary Boot Image : 22.214.171.124 Backup Boot Image : 126.96.36.199
AP Image type : MOBILITY EXPRESS IMAGE
AP Configuration : MOBILITY EXPRESS CAPABLE
9)5-12 min after the AP reboot, the Cisco Wizard Configuration Tool will start (Cisco Controller) Welcome to the Cisco Wizard Configuration Tool Use the '-' character to backup Would you like to terminate autoinstall? Hi Sounds like you having as much 'fun' as I am with the BE3K. I have a solution for you but may not be suitable in all cases. I needed to broadcast to 2 users and if they don't answer broadcast to everyone....this is how I got it working. Main number rings in to pilot (8900) which broadcasts to 2 users and I then placed a forward if no extensions are available to a user 8001. Note this user is not an actual user of the system. The user (8001) I set a call forward all to 8990 - a second hunt list. This hunt list has everyone else in as a broadcast group. Not ideal I know and uses a license just to get a basic hunt list working. Hope this helps you out.

My main inbound number is translated by CUBE to 8000. 8000 is assigned to our reception user I now what to enable AA first before getting to reception. The voicemail and AA number is 8999. In Dial Plan > Translation Rules I've entered 8000 as the incoming number and 8999 as the outgoing number. When I try to save this I get Cannot insert or update pattern. A DN exists with the same pattern and partition. Have I got this correct? Any suggestions? Thanks
